This single-storey lodge is nestled on the edges of Brixham in Devon, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. B26 is a well-appointed chalet located at Landscaove Holiday Park on the fringes of Brixham harbour town. Set all on ground floor, it boasts two bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite bathroom and a twin, sleeping four people in total. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board available. To the outside is an enclosed decking area with garden furniture and off-road parking. B26 offers the ideal getaway for families and friends alike. Note: The guest pass for entertainment venue isn't included in rental cost. Note: The site shop, clubhouse and facilites are closed from first week of November to the first week of March. Note: The complex is currently undergoing some extensive refurbishment, it is due to be finished by mid April 2024, the facilities won't be available until the work is complete.

Complex Refurbishment completed 2024. Family bar, offering light bites and entertainment at weekends. Games room. Shop on site. Outdoor swimming pool available; Mid May - Mid September ( Please enquire about specific dates ). The outdoor swimming pool has a Vegametal enclosure around it to create an indoor pool feel when required but the sides can be open during hot summer days. Please note: The park is open all year except 14th - 28th of February. The Clubhouse facilities are open early March - early November.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
