Primrose Cottage is a wonderful cottage resting in Marldon, Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, a dining room with seating for four people and a sitting room with TV with Freeview, DVD player and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin along with a shower room. Outside there is a shared lawn with heated swimming pool, solar deck and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, however there is an additional charge for pets at £3 per pet per night. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. A cot, highchair, stairgate and baby bath are all available. The sun deck and swimming pool are available from mid-May to mid-September. This property does not accept worker bookings. Primrose Cottage makes for a wonderful escape to Devon.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
