Barley Cottage in Weycroft near Axminster, Devon, sleeps six guests. This cottage has three bedrooms including a king-size with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a double and twin, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom/utility, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric range with oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and a coffee machine and for entertainment there are two Smart TVs with Freeview, a DVD player, WiFi and a Sony music system. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue hut, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. There is also a cot and stairgate available. Please note that there are steps up from the parking spaces and an unfenced stream in the garden so children must be supervised. You can find a shop within 0.5 miles and a pub in 1.2. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
