Foxbear in Malborough, Devon, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in this three-storey property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine, and a living/dining room with woodburning stove and Smart TV with DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size, a double, and a bunk room, serviced by a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a rear, enclosed patio with furniture, roadside parking, and a free public car park nearby. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and stairgate available. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles and the beach in 2 miles. Foxbear is a charming base for an escape to Devon. Note: There is a step to the exterior. Note: The bunk room is most suitable for children, due to limited head room. Note: There may be some road noise, due to the property being situated on a busy road.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
