164 Cumber Close is a 3 bedroom property offering comfortable family accommodation. 164 Cumber Close is a 3 bedroomed pet friendly property enjoying south facing countryside views from the rear of the property and provides a delightful base from which to explore the waterside town of Salcombe and all that the South Hams has to offer. There are three bedrooms in total sleeping a total of 6 guests, bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 is furnished with a bunk bed, there is also the addition of a cot/study room, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The open plan living area provides a spacious room offering ample seating and dining with a well equipped kitchen. To the rear is an enclosed terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £25/pet.

Central heating and hot water. Electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave. TV with built-in DVD player, CD hi-fi, Wi-Fi. Terrace with table and chairs. On street parking nearby. All bed linen and towels are provided, however guests will need to bring their own beach towels and tea towels. Two well behaved pets welcome. Strictly No smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. 2 x highchairs available. One of the highchairs is only suitable for young babies, the other wooden one is suitable for toddlers.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
