This Hilltop cottage in Paignton, Devon can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Hilltop cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer, breakfast bar and a cloakroom, a living/dining area that has seating for six people with two sofas, a dining table, Smart TV with Freeview and gas heating. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link), a double, and a bunk bed. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and a WC, as well as a cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed, front, lawn and gravelled garden with furniture, plus designated parking for two cars. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.8, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Hilltop cottage is the place to stay for your seaside voyages in Devon. Note: The parking area is on a steep paved drive. Note: Gas fire is not in use. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 350 GBP. Please note, the walk up to the property is quite steep and would not be suitable for customers with mobility issues.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
