3 West Park Mews in Hope Cove, Devon, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in this reverse-level home consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD player, a selection of books, a woodburning stove, and a balcony with furniture. The bedrooms are on the ground-floor and consist of two king-size rooms, one of which has a TV and zip/link feature, both of which are serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, and designated parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop, pub and the beach in 0.3 miles. 3 West Park Mews is a delightful dwelling for a family break to Devon.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
