Valley Lodge 20 in St Ann's Chapel, Cornwall sleeps six in three bedrooms. Valley Lodge 20 consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with dining seating for six, Smart TV, DVD player, and a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, including a king-size and two twins, serviced by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a separate shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. There is a non-enclosed garden with a patio, a balcony with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Three well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and pub in 0.1 miles. Note: On-site leisure facilities are closed on Christmas Day, and include an indoor heated swimming pool (all year round), seasonal tennis court, mini-gym, games room with arcade (open 9am-8pm daily, charges may apply), bar/restaurant, and children's play area (booking system is in operation via reception).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
