Buddy’s Place near Gunnislake, Cornwall sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six, and a sitting area with TV. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a shared front garden with lawn, private balcony with astro turf and furniture, and off-road parking. On-site shop and pub 0.1 miles, and please note that three well-behaved dogs are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Buddy’s Place is an idyllic dwelling, perfect for a family getaway to Cornwall. Note: On-site leisure facilities are closed on Christmas Day, and include an indoor heated swimming pool (all year round), seasonal tennis court, mini-gym, games room with arcade (open 9am-8pm daily, charges may apply), bar/restaurant, and children's play area (booking system is in operation via reception).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
