Post Box Cottage in Chagford, Devon sleeps two guests in one bedroom. Post Box Cottage consists of a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, and slimline dishwasher, a dining room/study with dining table and study desk, and a sitting room with woodburning stove, TV, and radio. The bedroom is a super-king-size, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, plus additional off-road parking nearby. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Return year after year to Post Box Cottage. Note: Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10:30am. Note: This property does not have a garden. Note: There is a charge of 25 GBP for a second dog. Note: There is a steep slope access to off-road parking right outside of property or you can park nearby on a village lane. Note: Step up to property. Note: Staircase is steep at property, please take care.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. A starter pack for the woodburning stove will be provided from October through until the end of March. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 2 vehicles in total: 1 car in left half of car port by the front door, (tight access up a cobbled slope), plus additional off-road parking for 1 car, 1 minute walk away. Enclosed wild flower garden with 2 seater bench. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, additional charge of £25 for a second dog. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, four pubs and eateries 1.25 miles away. Note: Check-in from 4.00pm, check-out by 10:00am. Note: There is a steep slope access to off-road parking right outside of property or you can park nearby on a village lane. Note: Step up to property. Note: Staircase is steep at property, please take care. Note: There is no door between staircase and bathroom

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
