Mabel’s View in East Allington, Devon, sleeps four in two bedrooms.  Mabel’s View has an open-plan living space consisting of electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and Smart TV. There are two double bedrooms, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and a garden with picnic bench. Within 2.6 miles there is a shop and within 1.9 miles there is a pub and please note, there is no smoking. WiFi (Superfast Broadband), fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Mabel’s View is a wonderful base in the heart of the South Dams. Note: There is one step up to the entrance. Note: The garden is not enclosed: pets are to be kept on a lead outside due to sheep in neighbouring field. However there is a sheep-proof field available (possibly not terrier proof!) for exercising dogs off-lead by arrangement with the owner.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
