Higher Norton Barn, East Allington, Devon, sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms.  The living areas of this property are reverse-level, with an open-plan living space on the first floor, housing a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining table for four and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and include a twin and a double, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a non-enclosed front garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 4.5 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
