Wrens Nest is a delightful holiday home resting in Slapton, in Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave, a utility with a washing machine and a freezer, a dining room for seating for four and a sitting room with a TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a zip/link double along with an additional double, as well as two shower rooms, one on the ground floor. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars in a nearby car park and a small enclosed lawned garden with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack of logs, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Pets are welcome at this property, however, smoking is not permitted. For your local conveniences, there is a shop within 0.3 miles and a pub within 0.1 mile. A memorable staycation awaits at Wrens Nest. Note: This property is located down a steep, narrow lane leading off from the main road through the village and access may be tight for larger vehicles, please take care and keep this in mind before booking.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
