The bedrooms include a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom and a family room with double and single with en-suite shower room (shower only, no WC or basin), plus there is a ground floor cloakroom/utility with washing machine, WC and basin. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture, hot tub and barbecue. This property does not accept pets and sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, dressing gowns and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Within 1.8 miles there is a shop and pub. Escape to Foxglove Barn and uncover this charming region of Devon. Note: The hot tub will not be available on the morning of check-out, as it may have to be drained ready for cleaning; on arrival the hot tub will be ready however it may not be at optimal temperature until the following morning. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
