Mill Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and dining seating for nine people, a sitting room with open-fire and Smart TV, a snug, and a shared, external game room with table football and snooker table. The bedrooms consist of a double, two twins, and a bunk bed that sleeps three, serviced by two shower rooms. Outside, there is a rear garden with a hot tub, furniture, and barbecue, and off-road parking for four cars, as well as a large communal car park for all six cottages. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.1 miles and a pub in 3.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
