Bradley Stables in Withypool, Somerset, sleeps two guests in one bedroom. Located on the grounds of the owner's farm, this ground-floor barn conversion has one super-king-size bedroom, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and slimline dishwasher and for entertainment there are two Smart TVs, WiF and an Amazon smart speaker. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Please note this is smoke-free property. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome for (with a £20 charge per week for 2nd and 3rd dogs), but must be on leads while outside due to the working stables environment. Dog kennels and stabling available by prior arrangement with the owner. Guests will also have access to the indoor heated pool by prior arrangement with the owner (the pool is shared with the owners and with their other property on site: Great Bradley Cottage). Village shop 1.5 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Make memories at Bradley Stables. Note: Though the property is on the ground floor, there is one step up to the shower room. Note: The woodburner in the living area is for decorative use only. Note: This property can be booked with Great Bradley Cottage ref:1015398 together sleeping six guests.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
