Bantam Cottage in Ottery St Mary, Devon sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Bantam Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar seating two, a dining area with dining seating for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV. Two king-size bedrooms (zip-link can be twin on request). There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC, plus cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with gravelled area, furniture, and barbecue and designated parking spaces for four cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Bantam Cottage offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Note: If you plan to go to the beach, then please bring your own beach towels. . Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
