Hosting three bedrooms; a double with a TV, a 4-foot double with a TV, and a 4-foot double, along with a shower room, and an external shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is a kitchen, a dining room/conservatory, and a sitting room with an electric pebble fire. To the outside there is an enclosed terrace with seating overlooking the sea, with parking being on-road.

Note: There are 40 steps down to the property entrance from the street, therefore this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: In the 4-foot double bedroom (no TV) the bed is only accessible from one side, please consider this when booking. Please note: there is ongoing construction work building the second section of the protective sea wall along the front and the railway line during summer and autumn 2021. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
