Due to the age of the property, there is a step up into the kitchen and out into the garden, steep and uneven steps leading to the raised sitting area in the garden, a low doorway on the back door, and the stairs curve around, please take care. Note: This property does not accept children or infants under 3 years old. This property has a bond of three hundred and fifty pounds.
