Appliances include an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, three TVs and a woodburning stove. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom (hip bath), and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn and patio, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.4 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Bring the family for a memorable stay at Two Shoes Cottage. Note: Staircase up to gallery area has steep steps, please ensure children and pets are supervised at all times.

Note: Staircase up to gallery area has steep steps, please ensure children and pets are supervised at all times. Note: Two Shoes Cottage features traditional stone flooring which by its nature can be uneven, plus steps between the living area and bedrooms. Note: Due to the convenient location of the property near an A road, some road noise may be heard.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
