Dancing Hill Cottage in Shobrooke, Devon, sleeps six people in three bedrooms.  Dancing Hill Cottage a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (initial supply of original pods provided), a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV, a utility room and a boot room. The bedrooms are of a super-king-size, a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. There is an enclosed wraparound garden, plus private parking available. Three well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Country lanes leading to this property are very secluded/isolated but in excellent walking land. Private parking for as many cars as needed on the drive. Phone signal not good therefore landline phone for emergencies. Guests must clear up any dog mess prior to departure (compostable dog toilet provided and must be used) otherwise an additional fee of £50 will be charged. Please Note: this property only accepts Friday Check in days.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
