Countryside barn conversion near Bigbury Bay, sleeping four in two bedrooms. 2 Easton Barn is a stone barn conversion with one bathroom, situated a couple of miles from the sandy beaches of Bantham and Bigbury Bay. This property has an open plan sitting / dining area with two double sofas, a TV, Wifi and DVD player. The kitchen has fitted units, an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Open plan double bedroom on the first floor, and access through to the second twin bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom with electric power shower. There is parking for one car in a timber-framed car port with additional adjacent parking. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £25.00.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. LCD TV, Wifi, integrated DVD/video, mini CD player and electric coal effect fire. Shared utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer Games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and other games. Parking for one car in timber car port with additional adjacent parking. Hot water by immersion heater. Heating by storage heaters, panel radiator and electric fire. All duvets, pillows, all bed linen and towels are provided – guests need to bring beach towels. Strictly No Smoking

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
