This second floor holiday lodge apartment is set within two wings of the Knapp House estate on the edge of the village of East Anstey, close to the town of Dulverton and sleeps two people in one bedroom. This second floor apartment called Woodpecker Loft is situated on the outskirts of the village of East Anstey, close to the market town of Dulverton in Devon. This cottage sleeps two people and has one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also an open plan living area at this cottage with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with beams. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car and shared grounds with unfenced pond and furniture. Woodpecker Loft is one of four apartments within the Knapp House estate and is an ideal holiday home for exploring the Exmoor National Park and lovely seaside villages.

Eco-friendly biomass heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Shared extensive mature grounds with large unfenced pond, picnic tables and deckchairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Bathroom is accessed via two steep steps. Note: Access by sloping path with 3 small steps and 8 shallow steps to access the footbridge to property. Note: Breakfast boxes, and organic veg and salad boxes available on request and at an additional charge. Note: Large unfenced pond in grounds, children to be supervised at all times.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
