The Mews in Bovey Tracey, Devon, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas in this first-floor annex consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, woodburning stove, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a side patio with furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved small dogs, or one well-behaved large dog welcomed. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 1.3 miles and a pub in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The property is attached to the owner's home and is set on a farm with geese and ducks to the side of the annex. Note: The property is only accessibly by a flight of steps.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
