On the ground floor is a living room with wood burning stove, leading to a dining area and kitchen. Outside is an outhouse for drying coats and boots and use of the owners lawn garden, plus off road parking for one car. Located just a couple of miles from the Dartmoor towns of Chagford and Moretonhampstead, The Cottage is an excellent base with lots to explore in the area.
Electric fires with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
