On the first floor is a sitting room with dining area and French windows to steps down to the garden and a kitchen. Outside is a private enclosed garden with furniture down 11 steps, leading to four acres of communal grounds with lawns and an orchard. In an idyllic spot and with lots to discover in the area, Linney Cottage is a fabulous cottage for a lovely Devon break.
