The Mooring rests in Northam, Devon and can sleep six guests in four bedrooms. The Mooring consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, air fryer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar seating for two, a dining room with dining seating, a sitting room with Smart TV, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor double with en-suites and two singles. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravelled area, decking, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Your stay at The Mooring is sure to be a memorable one. Note: The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the utility cupboard upstairs. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
