Great location, shops and pub are a short walk from the cottage - The beautiful Westward Ho beach, Appledore and Instow beach between 1-1.5 miles and the coastal path is just a short walk from the cottage, perfect for walking all year round
Blackbird Cottage rests in Northam and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Well equipped Kitchen/diner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Comfy Sitting room. TV, Wi-fi, and selection of books. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels. Private parking space just outside the owners property adjacent to the cottage. Sorry, no smoking. Guests has their own entrance from the Garden gate. We welcome one dog - guests are respectfully asked to bring their own throws and dog crate.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
