A chalet based in the village of Dawlish Warren in Devon that can sleep six people in three bedrooms. La Capsule is based on the Welcome Family Holiday Park in Dawlish Warren, Devon. It has three bedrooms including a double and two twins, it also has a family bathroom with the property sleeping six people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room. To the outside there is off road parking. La Capsule is a homely property in a fabulous location for a family holiday.
Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Plenty of off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub on-site. Welcome pack provided in property. Note: There is a social club and facilities on-site including swimming pool at additional cost. Property has new cleaner, all issues raised with feedback, have been addressed.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
