Warren Cottage is a lovely country cottage with rural views across farmland, just a 5-10-minute drive from the historic naval town of Dartmouth. The cottage has three bedrooms one with an en suite, there is also a family bathroom. Downstairs is a spacious open plan dining/sitting area with wood-burning stove and separate well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a private garden with lawn area and sunny paved terrace. Warren Cottage is ideal for a family looking for a relaxing countryside break.
Four-ring induction hob, electric oven, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer. TV/DVD player. WiFi available. Oil fired central heating and hot water. Bed linen and towels are provided, guests will need to bring their own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and BBQ are all available on request at time of booking. Strictly No Smoking

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
