Hillside is a pleasant three-storey holiday home resting in Dartmouth, Devon and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.  The open-plan living space in this property comprisies of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and wine cooler, a dining area with seating for six and a sitting area with a TV and woodburning stove. There is also a utility on the first floor with a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor zip/link king-size, a king-size and a single, and there is a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a multi-level rear terraced garden with furniture. Apologies, but smoking is not permitted here. For your local conveniences, there is a shop and pub within 0.4 miles. Explore the delights of Devon with a stay at Hillside. Note: There are 13 stone steps accessing the property and steep internal stairs that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, please take care. Note: The garden is accessed via the split landing on the first floor.

Note: Due to the nature of the garden, young children should not be left unattended. Note: there is no on street parking available near the property; however, it is possible to pull up outside the property to unload. A parking permit for an unallocated space in the Mayors Avenue car park is provided (10/15 min walk away). 2 small/medium dogs are welcome.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
