Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a twin with 2'6" beds (zip/link can be king-size on request), and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a living room/diner with a gas fire. Outside there is a balcony leading from the living area with seating, and a parking permit is provided for the Town Car Park. 2 York House is a wonderfully central base from which to enjoy the wonders of Dartmouth.

Sorry, no pets. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Note: This property does not accept children under 5. Note: Children must be supervised at all times when out on the balcony. Note: The property is reached via a communal staircase with 42 steps. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces). Restricted parking is available on the road near to the property (unrestricted October to April inclusive).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
