Crablake Farmhouse sits outside Exminster and can sleep 12 in six bedrooms. This large, detached farmhouse has a kitchen with an electric rangemaster cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler, a shared utility/boot room with washing machine, a dining room with seating for 12 and a woodburner, and a sitting room with smart TV. The bedrooms consist of three super king-sizes, a super king-size zip/link, a twin, and a ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room, along with two bathrooms and two cloakrooms. The large garden has lawn, patio and furniture, and there is off-road parking for five cars. Within 1 mile, there is a shop, and within 0.9, a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, no smoking. Dogs must be kept on leads when in the grounds due to livestock. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
