This attractive, mid-terrace cottage is based in Cornworthy, near Blackawton, in Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Meavy Cottage is a stone-built, mid-terrace cottage situated in the Cornworthy, Devon. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and twin, plus a shower room, this cottage can sleep four guests in total. It also has an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Upstairs is a mezzanine area with sofa bed. To the outside is a patio area with picnic bench and ample off-road parking. Meavy Cottage is a wonderful choice for a break to the idyllic Devonshire countryside.

Ample off-road parking. Walled patio area with picnic bench and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles and pub 1.6 miles. Indoor shared facilities: heated indoor swimming pool (30ft x 18ft, 3ft deep), changing rooms, showers and WCs, sauna and steam rooms, children’s soft-cushion indoor playroom, table football, toy shed, and indoor leisure spa open daily from 8:00am-8:00pm. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
