The lower-ground-floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst on the ground-floor you will find an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Off-road parking for 3 cars at the front of the property, with additional general parking spaces in a designated car park. Private garden with outdoor dining space, private hot tub and barbecue area. Indoor facilities: heated indoor swimming pool (30ft x 18ft, 3ft deep), changing rooms, showers and WCs, sauna and steam rooms, children’s soft-cushion indoor playroom, table football, toy shed, and indoor leisure spa open daily from 8:00am-8:00pm. Outdoor facilities; heated outdoor swimming pool (34ft x 22ft, 3ft – 6ft deep) open daily subject to weather from last Bank Holiday in May to second week of September, sunbathing terrace, hot tub, tennis court (championship size) with complimentary racquets and balls, basketball net on tennis court, boules court, wooden swings, children’s adventure playground, 14-acres of grounds with footpaths to surrounding countryside and pubs. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
