Coombe Valley Shepherd's Hut at Combeinteignhead near Shaldon, Devon sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom. The living areas in this single-storey shepherd’s hut consist of a studio-style layout with double bed, kitchenette equipped with induction 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and a dining area with seating for two guests and blue-tooth sound system. Wall mounted electric heater. There is also a shower room. Outside there is a private front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, outdoor bath tub and fire pit and ample off-road parking is available. Within 1.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and river and please note that this is a non-smoking property. One small well-behaved dog allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Coombe Valley Shepherds Hut is a lovely base for your next Devon getaway. Note: The shower room is quite compact which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: There are four steps up to the property. Note: The owners live in the property next door and are available for a chat, adviceon the local area etc, but guests will be left to enjoy their own space and privacy. They do have a small dog - Ted - who might occasionally wander in your direction. Note: The garden is bordered by a stream and is not suitable for young children, but couples are welcome to bring a young babyand a travel cot but the dining table and chairs would have to be folded away to make room for this

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
