The Dairy in Common Moor, Cornwall sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The Dairy, a reverse-level cottage, consists of a ground-floor open-plan living area with a TV with Freeview, CD player, radio, electric flame-effect fire, dining table for four, and a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a cloakroom with WC and basin. The bedrooms consist of a lower ground-floor double and lower ground-floor twin. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available upon request. Outside, there is a rear garden with a patio, gravelled area, furniture, and a barbecue, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find the closest shop in 2.2 miles, and a pub in 1.3 miles. The Dairy is your idyllic Cornish countryside escape. Note: Property entrance is accessed by a stairway. Note: short breaks must be a minimum of three night stay

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
