The Byre rests in Common Moor, Cornwall, sleeping four guests in two bedrooms. The Byre, a reverse-level cottage, consists of a ground-floor kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a living/dining room with a dining table seating four, TV with Freeview, CD player, radio, and a cloakroom with WC and basin. The bedrooms consist of a lower ground-floor double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin, WC and lower ground-floor twin with en-suite bath, shower over, basin, WC. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available upon request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio, gravelled area, furniture, barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 1.3 miles. The Byre offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: Property entrance is accessed by a stairway. Note: short breaks must be a minimum of three night stay

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
