This country cottage is near the village of Colebrooke in Mid Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Apple Cottage stands overlooking a pretty cider orchard, alongside its sister cottage Plum in private grounds, just outside the villages of Colebrook and slightly larger Coleford in central Mid Devon. A rural location, peaceful and picturesque and perfect for exploring by rail, bike or on foot with the station nearby at Yeoford. Apple cottage has been transformed from what was once an old cob and stone barn into a beautiful Eco-friendly cottage, tastefully renovated with modern country cottage interior. A welcoming open plan living space is warmed not only by Eco friendly heating central and underfloor heating, but also with a wood burning stove, making it an ideal out of season rural escape. There are two first floor bedrooms offering versatile sleeping and a modern shower room. Outside a little area with table and chairs is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and parking is opposite. A trip into the nearby market town of Crediton will take less than 7 minutes where you will find a good selection of shops, pubs and supermarkets. The village pub at Coleford, The New Inn can be reached on foot in 20 mins. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
