Tythe Barn House in Combe Martin, Devon can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer whilst the sitting room has a Smart TV and dining area. Travel cot, highchair and stair gates provided The bedrooms include a king-size with TV, a family room with double and single bed and a double, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. There is parking for two cars, although large cars will have to juggle to park. Secure Gated Outside Space. The garden comprises a shared access gravel driveway, which leads to the neighbours who own the other part of the Devon long house, and two stone patios WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. This property accepts two pets however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, within 0.2 miles there is a pub and within 1.1 miles there is a beach. Tythe Barn House is a splendid escape, whatever time of year. Property only accepts Sat-Sat bookings between July to September.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
