The Hideaway in Aveton Gifford, Devon can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The bedrooms include a king-size (zip/link) and a twin (zip/link), serviced by a shower room. To the outside is an enclosed garden patio and parking. This annexe will not accept pets or smoking. Within 1.9 miles or less there is a shop and pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. The Hideaway is 5 miles from Bigbury which has a beautiful golf course and Bigbury-on-Sea has a very large sandy beach that also has a wide range of water sports (surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding). There are multiple beaches close by including Burg Island that has a sea tractor to get to the pub, Challaborough Beach, Bantham Beach, Thurlstone, South Milton and Thurlstone Beach. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
