This neat ground floor annexe with stunning countryside views is three miles from Chagford and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Kestorway is a neat, single-storey annexe in a stunning countryside position below Kestor. Sleeping two guests in one double bedroom with a shower room, the sitting area has a wood burning stove and fabulous views and the kitchen has everything you'll need. Outside a well kept lawned garden surrounds the house and there is parking for two cars. With fantastic scenery, Kestorway is a perfect retreat for two.

Central heating, electric panel heaters with wood burning stove (started pack provided). Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request, Off road parking for two cars. Up to three well-behaved dogs welcome (first pet is fee, the second and third at a charge of £25 per pet), Sorry no smoking. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: This property is approached over 70 yards of rough drive. Note: Domestic pets, as well as free ranging farm animals and wildlife are present in the immediate surrounding areas of Kestorway - we therefore politely request that dogs must be under effective close control at all times.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
