Appliances include a double electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin (zip/link, can be twins or kings on request). To the outside is an enclosed courtyard with furniture, along with roadside parking. Within 1.5 0.1 miles there is a pub and a shop and please note, two pets are welcome (£25 charge for 2nd dog applies) but sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 3 Skaigh View Cottages is a wonderful escape to Devon, whatever time of year. Note: The stairs and steep and reflect the age of the cottage so guests with small children or mobility issues should be aware. Note: No infants accepted. Note: Property is located on the side of the road which can be busy

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
