This wonderful detached chalet rests on the Bideford Holiday Park in Bucks Cross, Devon, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dining seating for four people and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a balcony with outdoor seating and ample off-road parking. You will find a shop and pub on-site, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted at this property. Use of the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and any entertainment must be booked directly with the park on a reservation-only basis at an additional cost to the guest. The restaurant is also available on a reservation-only basis and and take-away in line with the park's COVID requirements. It’s not advised for anyone with mobility challenges, Walker, Rollator or Scooter users, etc because park roads and paths are a steep incline uphill/downhill. WiFi is available at the clubhouse. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
