The living areas in this reverse-level holiday home consist of a first-floor kitchen/diner equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box and dining table four six with TV, there is also a first-floor sitting room with TV and fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a ground-floor twin and a bunk room serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and shower room. Outside there is off-road allocated parking and access to communal grounds with seating areas, barbecue area and ponds. Dog-friendly, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair available on prior arrangement. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Explore Devon at Blackberry Cottage. Note: There is a communal laundry/games room with washing machine at a charge, a tumble dryer, a pool table and a communal freezer. Note: There are unfenced ponds on the grounds, children and pets must be supervised at all times. Note: Dogs are welcome for a charge. Note: There is a lockable door between the king-size and bunk room. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead on grounds.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
