Teal House in Lyme Regis, Dorset, can sleep eight in four bedrooms. The living spaces include a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining room with electric fire and a sitting room with electric fire. The bedrooms include two king-size rooms, a twin and a bunk, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is parking in a car park and a rear enclosed, split-level garden with furniture. Within 0.2 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note that pets are allowed however there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Choose Teal House for a wonderful break to Dorset. Note: Steep stairs, not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
