Quantock Barn rests in Stockland, Devon sleeping six people in three bedrooms. This single-storey cottage has three en-suite bedrooms including two king-sized and a zip/link king-size, along with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking available and a garden with patio featuring outdoor seating, hot tub, charcoal barbecue and a lawned area. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome however this is a non-smoking property. Find a shop in 5.9 and a pub in 1.5 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on the ground floor at all times. Note: There is an unfenced pond within the garden, children and dogs must be supervised at all times. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Quantock Barn is the ultimate choice for a relaxing escape to the wonderful East Devon countryside.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
