22 Bolt Head in Salcombe, Devon sleeps four people in two bedrooms.  22 Bolt Head consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, a dining area seating five, and a sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite and a superking-size with en-suite. Outside there is a shared enclosed garden with patio, a private balcony with furniture, and allocated parking for one car. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking. Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles a pub and a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 22 Bolt Head snug base to enjoy the beaches in Devon. Note: The main allocated car park has a 1.9m height restriction and limited visitor parking available.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
