10 Water's Edge in Lanreath, Cornwall, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  10 Water's Edge, a single-storey abode, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite walk-in shower and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with decking, furniture, hot tub, and lake views, plus off-road parking. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Highchair and travel cot (no mattress) available. Shop 2 miles, pub 3.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 10 Water's Edge awaits for your Cornish escape. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: There is a step up to property, please take care. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
