10 Stonerush Valley, Lanreath near Looe, Cornwall, sleeps four in two bedrooms. 10 Stonerush Valley consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining space for four, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite shower room, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear decking with furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for one car with EV charging. Within 3.5 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Travel cot and highchair available. Pets not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Make a memorable Cornish getaway with a stay at 10 Stonerush Valley. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to balcony decking area and as there are lakes and open water on the site children must be accompanied at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
